Russia’s New Visa-Free Entry for Chinese Travellers Set to Boost Tourism and Trade

Russia has introduced a visa-free policy for Chinese citizens visiting for tourism, business, cultural events, or family trips — a reciprocal move expected to significantly enhance tourism and economic exchanges between the two countries. The order, signed by President Vladimir Putin, allows Chinese nationals to stay in Russia for up to 30 days and remains valid until September 14, 2026.
