Currently, Hong Kong passport holders can enjoy a visa-free stay in Uzbekistan for up to 10 days, while Uzbek citizens must secure a visa to enter Hong Kong. The anticipated change is expected to significantly enhance economic, trade, tourism, education, and business interactions between the two regions. Furthermore, it aligns with Hong Kong’s strategic objective to strengthen ties with emerging markets in Central Asia.
