China has expressed readiness to bolster security cooperation with African countries, as Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun emphasized during the 4th China-Africa Peace and Security Forum held in Beijing on Thursday. Highlighting the longstanding defense ties between China and Africa, Dong underscored the mutual support and shared interests that have shaped their relationship.
Addressing the forum, which convened military representatives and diplomats from the African Union and 41 African nations, Dong emphasized that China-Africa security partnerships play a crucial role in both regional peace and global stability.
